Jen Kasle, C.E.O. and Founder
As C.E.O. of JB Talent, Jen oversees all accounts at the company and advises her carefully trained staff of 12 full time employees, along with various free-lancers and interns. Jen launched JB Talent in the Spring of 2005 and has stayed true to the company goal of booking superior and on-brand talent for television talk shows, award shows, magazine covers, celebrity castings, events, online and more. During this time, Jen helped cast the hosts of CBS’s The Talk and the company continues to book all aspects of guest talent for The Talk for 9 seasons now, winning two Daytime Emmy’s along the way. She secured covers for Health magazine for 7 years, film talent for The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson for over 5 years and film talent for Watch What Happens Live on Bravo with Andy Cohen for over five years as well. JB Talent has become the go-to agency for celebrity game shows, responsible for booking all of the celebrities for Hollywood Game Night, Celebrity Name Game, Match Game, Pyramid, and The Gong Show. JB has an ongoing contract with Dick Clark Productions to book presenters for the American Music Awards, Billboard Music Awards, Academy of Country Music Awards and the NBA Awards. Perhaps her proudest efforts, however, have been in the non-profit sector where she’s booked for Red Nose Day for three years and been a part of a team that raises over 30M annually for children’s charities, as well as booking and producing the 2017 Hand in Hand Benefit (which was pulled together in less than 10 days) to raise millions for the hurricane victims. Booking highlights have included booking Tom Hanks, George Clooney, Oprah, Cher, Julia Roberts, Jennifer Aniston, Sandra Bullock, Robin Williams, Steve Carell, Jack Black, Jamie Foxx, Scarlett Johansson, David Beckham, Kobe Bryant, Russell Crowe, Robert Downey Jr., Matthew McConaughey, Channing Tatum, Vince Vaughn, Ben Stiller, Billy Crystal and Samuel L Jackson.
Sarah Goldsmith, VP of Talent
Sarah Goldsmith joined JB Talent in 2009 from the Syndicated Daytime show “Rachael Ray”, which she helped launch in 2006 as a Coordinating Producer. Sarah has continued her daytime expertise at JB Talent by being a part of the initial team who cast the hosts of The Talk and has continued as one of the day to day Talent Producers on The Talk, winning multiple Emmy’s and confirming film talent for the show.
As VP of Talent at JB Talent, Sarah is a seasoned veteran in producing celebrity talent for game shows. Her game show coverage at JB Talent has included accounts such as "The Gong Show” (Seasons 1&2), "Match Game” with Alec Baldwin (Seasons 1-5), "Hollywood Game Night” with Jane Lynch (Seasons 1-3, 5&6), "To Tell The Truth” with Anthony Anderson, "Celebrity Family Feud” (Season 1) and "Celebrity Name Game” (Season 1&2). In addition to talk and game shows, Sarah has played a large part in securing talent for Primetime Network Specials and Charity TV Events such as "Hand in Hand: A Benefit for Hurricane Relief", "Red Nose Day” on NBC, "The F Word” hosted by Gordon Ramsay and NBC’s "A Tribute To Jim Burrows”.

Julie Rashid, Vice President of Talent
As Vice President of Talent, Julie Rashid has brought in and run some of the company’s major accounts across various networks and platforms. She has spearheaded the teams that have brought talent to shows such as “Larry King Now” for nine seasons, the launch of the highly anticipated new late night show on NBC, “A Little Late with Lilly Singh,” five seasons of “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” on Bravo, and now, the launch of “Dennis Miller + One.” Booking highlights have included Dwayne Johnson, Charlize Theron, Matthew McConaughey, Oprah Winfrey and Anne Hathaway.
Her expertise on award shows, which came from being a producer at “Entertainment Tonight” for 9 years, has crossed over to presenter bookings for “The American Music Awards,” (2014-2020) "The Billboard Music Awards,”(2015-2020) “The Academy of Country Music Awards,” (2018-2020) “Much Music Video Awards,” (2014-2019) “The NBA Awards” (2017-2019) and more. One of the highlights for Julie was having Stevie Wonder confirm to perform at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards, 24 hours before the show, in a tribute honoring Prince. She was able to get him to agree to be in Las Vegas in 8 hours, to rehearse that night, and she still has no idea how he got there!
In addition to talk and award shows, she’s used her entertainment connections to secure top talent for “$100,000 Pyramid” (Seasons 1-4) hosted by Michael Strahan, "The NBA Celebrity All-Star Game,” (2018-2020) “Miss America,” (2016-2020) the “Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade,” (2017-2020) “The Not-Too-Lae Show with Elmo” and “Carol Burnett’s 50th Anniversary Special” to name a few.
Julie joined JB Talent in 2011 after concluding 5 years as a producer for the Emmy-winning "Oprah Winfrey Show” in Chicago.
Marisa Tener Shold, Senior Talent Executive
Marisa joined JB Talent in 2013, with her first show being the inaugural season of NBC’s Hollywood Game Night. From there she has produced celebrity talent for many game shows including Match Game, To Tell The Truth, Pyramid, Celebrity Name Game, and The Gong Show. She has worked on numerous primetime programs including American Ninja Warror for Red Nose Day: Celeb Edition, The F Word with Gordon Ramsay, iHeart Radio Music Awards, Hand in Hand: A Benefit for Hurricane Relief, and NBC’s Tribute to Jim Burrows. Marisa has lead the team on numerous accounts such as Quibi’s Thanks a Million, Celebrity Food Fight, Dinner at Tiffani’s, Worst Cooks: Celeb Edition, Fashion Police, Bill Nye Saves the World, and Movie Night with Karlie Kloss to name a few.
Prior to working at JB Talent Marisa worked in the fashion industry for over a decade. She spent several years working as a Photo Producer for Eddie Bauer in Seattle, as an agent for Ford Models in both New York and Los Angeles, an Account Manager at Starworks/SW2 in New York, and as a Bookings Editor at Cosmopolitan Magazine.
Megan O'Toole, Senior Talent Executive
Megan brings over fifteen years of booking and producing experience to JB Talent. Now based in New York, she began her career in Los Angeles at the CBS late night show, "The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn.” Subsequently, she worked on the launch of "The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" and was quickly promoted to Segment Producer. As Segment Producer, Megan booked television talent and produced celebrity guest segments, cultivating her long-lasting relationships within the industry and with A-list talent.
After eight years at "The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson," Megan became the Talent Producer at "Last Call with Carson Daly." Managing the talent department, she focused on booking and producing docu-style interviews with actors, directors, comedians and storytellers.
Since joining JB Talent in 2014, Megan has been responsible for securing guests on the CBS daytime talk show, “The Talk,” proudly bringing home two Daytime Emmy Awards. Some of her favorite booking highlights include Oprah Winfrey, Jane Fonda & Lily Tomlin, Antonio Banderas, James Corden, Kate Hudson, Michael Douglas, Mindy Kaling and Zendaya. In addition to “The Talk,” Megan has been an integral part of the booking teams for “The Not-Too Late Show with Elmo,” “$100,000 Pyramid” and “Match Game” as well as charitable organizations including “Red Nose Day,” “TLC’s Give A Little Awards” and The USO Organization, supporting our U.S. Military.
Monique Kuri, Talent Executive
Monique joined JB Talent from Popsugar.com, the Web’s #1 site for original women's content. As the Manager of Talent Relations and Business Affairs, Monique oversaw all of Popsugar’s celebrity bookings as well as creating, producing and negotiating Popsugar's multi-platform content by identifying and casting influencers in the fashion, beauty, fitness and food spaces for sponsored and branded projects.
As a Talent Executive for JB Talent, Monique has tackled a variety of high profile projects including the Emmy winning Daytime Talk Show, The Talk, for which she won an Emmy Award as a Talent Producer, A Little Late with Lilly Singh, What the Fit with Kevin Heart, Eli Roth’s History of Horror, If I Could Tell You Just One Thing with Priyanka Chopra, Hand in Hand: A Benefit for Hurricane Relief, The IMDb Sundance Studio and the top rated broadcast gameshows, Match Game with Alec Baldwin, To Tell The Truth with Anthony Anderson and Hollywood Game Night.
Additionally, Monique works with top level charitable organizations to expand celebrity involvement and engagement for charity initiatives. These include NBC’S Red Nose Day a yearly televised special event created by Richard Curtis, writer/director of the classic films Love Actually and Notting Hill and The USO organization, where Monique creates unique experiences for the U.S. Military including cast screenings of upcoming blockbuster films, celebrity handshake tours and celebrity appearances for one-off events to bring home and country to our soldiers serving all over the world.

Prior to Popsugar, Monique was Talent Coordinator for CBS’s The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, assisting in booking, pitching, scouting, scheduling and coordinating guest appearances.
Monique moved to LA after practicing law for five years at a boutique law firm in Houston specializing in business litigation.
Kera Schulze, Senior Talent Booker
Kera has risen through the ranks quickly at JB Talent to become a Senior Talent Booker, having started in 2015 as a talent assistant. Most recently, Kera tackled the launch of NBC’s newest late-night show, A Little Late with Lilly Singh. The show made history as the first major late-night network show hosted by an openly queer woman of color. In addition to booking celebrity guests, Kera served as the on-site Talent Producer where she oversaw the talent coordinator and reported to the host & show executives directly.
Kera has also had a strong hand in booking the company’s ongoing digital series. She currently runs point on the most-watched daily show on the internet, “Good Mythical Morning with Rhett & Link,” as well as Quibi’s daily pop-music show "Pop 5.” She’s booked for Kevin Hart’s massively successful YouTube series, “What the Fit,” securing bookings including James Corden, Rebel Wilson, Jason Sudeikis, Jack Black, Bill Hader, Liza Koshy and more.
Kera came to JB Talent with an interest in live events and since, has booked talent for some of the biggest award shows and events on television including several years with the “Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade,” “American Music Awards,” “Billboard Music Awards," “ACM Awards,” “NBA Awards” and “Red Nose Day.” She’s also worked The Oscar's red carpet securing interviews for IMDb. Her additional credits include E!’s talk-show “Ladygang,” NBA All-Star Celebrity Game, and top rated ABC gameshows including "Match Game" w/ Alec Baldwin, "To Tell the Truth" w/ Anthony Anderson, and “$100,000 Pyramid” w/ Michael Strahan.

Kelsey Gold, Associate Talent Booker
Kelsey joined the JB Talent team in July 2017 and has since climbed the ranks from Talent Assistant to Coordinator to Associate Talent Booker! Kelsey graduated from Boston University's College of Communication in 2013 with a BS in Film and Television. She came to JB Talent after holding positions throughout the entertainment industry including being a PA/receptionist at both The Ellen DeGeneres Show and The Weinstein Company, and Open Road Entertainment where she associate produced television promos for all major broadcast networks giving her invaluable experience working for a client-based company in entertainment. Kelsey feels she has truly found a professional home at JB Talent and loves working with the JB team.

Nicole Schloss, Associate Talent Booker
Nicole joined the JB Talent team from dick clark productions (dcp), the world’s largest producer of televised live entertainment programming. While at dcp, Nicole worked directly with the EVP of Programming and other producers, assisting on some of the biggest live events on television, including the “American Music Awards,” Billboard Music Awards", "Academy of Country Music Awards”, “NBA Awards" and the iconic “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve.”
Since joining the JB team, her passion and dedication has given her the opportunity to transition from administrative duties to booking talent. Nicole has booked on a variety of accounts, including “Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade,” “American Music Awards,” “USO,” “Larry King Now,” “NBA Awards,” "Dennis Miller + One,” “To Tell the Truth w/Anthony Anderson,” “Academy of Country Music Awards,” and more. Nicole has secured diverse talent such as Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Hasan Minhaj, Leah Remini, RuPaul, Jameela Jamil, Lamar Odom and Rick Moranis, to name a few.
Nicole is grateful for the opportunity to be able to work on a variety of different projects. One of her favorite accounts has been the “Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade,” where she is currently part of the booking team. She is honored to have the opportunity to secure musical artists for the float performances and enjoys the entire process from brainstorming names, creating talent decks, and coordinating with various partners to ensure the best show and experience possible.
Lauren McNeill, Assistant Talent Booker
Lauren joined the JB Talent team in September 2018 as a Talent Assistant. Her passion and love for all things entertainment and pop culture inspired her move to LA from Seattle. Prior to JB Talent, Lauren interned for a major label recording artist where she assisted with planning and running a nationwide tour. She has also assisted on music videos and appearances.
Lauren received a degree in Public Relations from Washington State University. While in school she was the Concert Director for her university’s entertainment board. Here she was able to book, plan, and work directly with artists and agents to plan concerts. She worked on events with Vic Mensa, Chase Bryant, Waka Flocka, G-Eazy and others.
Haley Young, Assistant Talent Booker
Haley joined JB Talent as a Talent Assistant in March of 2019. Her previous work as an executive assistant at the Australian production company, Lost City/Thematic Entertainment, prepared her to keep tabs on all things film. As the resident film tracker, she gets to combine her hobby of keeping up with the hottest new projects with her day to day work. Since joining JB Talent, she had the honor of assisting on the first season of “A Little Late with Lilly Singh.” In addition, her favorite accounts are the ones that have the most personality, “Earth to Ned” for Disney+ and “Floored” for Quibi to name just a few.
Haley studied at Ithaca College and received a degree in Television/Radio. After graduation, she moved to the sunny city of Los Angeles and is happy to now call it home.
Janea Huerta, Talent Assistant
Janea joined the JB talent team in August 2019 as a Talent Assistant. Prior to working with the JB Talent team she was working in the Paid Social Advertising industry working for companies such as Amazon Studios and Sony Home Entertainment. She ran the social media advertising accounts for blockbuster films such as: Beautiful Boy, Cold War, Late Night and Spider-Man: Into the Spiderverse to name a few.
Janea studied at Suffolk University in Boston, MA where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communications. After school she returned home to Los Angeles and started her professional career. Janea is extremely grateful and excited to be joining the JB Talent team and learning from all the amazing and professional women around her.
